Internationally recognized and respected CEO who successfully founded and managed the largest smart armored vehicle company in North America bringing a fresh and diverse perspective forged from previous military and professional experience. Managed to start and develop a national full-cycle manufacturing enterprise with over 300 employees and top international government and private clientele.
Shimonov is a Founder and CEO of Roshel Inc., a full-cycle armored vehicles manufacturing company specializing in the production of multipurpose armored vehicles for law enforcement agencies and the military, as well as largest North American producer of smart cash-in-transit solutions. Shimonov believes in acquiring top international talent with unique skill set and experience to continue offering innovative solutions and winning new domestic and international markets.
Shimonov’s philanthropic work includes support for numerous causes and non-for-profit organizations, including Brain Cancer Canada and Rebuild Ukraine Program in Toronto. Shimonov is a Board Member of the Canada Ukraine Chamber of Commerce. Shimonov holds Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Tel Aviv university and has successfully completed Business Administration and Management Executive Program from York University Schulich School of Business.
